Davis has a new teacher evaluation system that focuses on educator growth. Our new system is built around the Davis Model of Instruction and is all about teachers setting goals based on their practice. Some schools will be piloting the new system during the 2026-27 school year, and all schools will be on the new system in 2027-28.
